This might have been a scam D:
Each month, receive a yaoi/shounen-ai crate full of hot and kawaii anime stuff straight from Japan! The campaign starter, Nicholas got in touch with me about this project. I’ve been rather busy with work and couldn’t make a post earlier. Hope funding is a success!

Official description: FUJOBOX is the first subscription box for fujoshis and fudanshis! Each month, receive a carefully-curated selection of yaoi and shounen-ai merchandise straight from Japan. And because we’re just that nice, each FUJOBOX also contains sweets that are only available in Japan! All of our anime goodies are licensed, high-quality merchandise from popular yaoi and shounen-ai series or mangas.
About the founder
Hi, my name is Nicolas and I’m a yaoi and shounen-ai fan from Europe. Some of you may actually know me as /u/gayfarang from /r/yaoi on Reddit (if not, hi there, glad to meet you!).
I’ve been living in Asia for the past 9 years and one of the complaints I’ve heard the most from fudanshis or fujoshis living in Europe or in America is how hard it is for them to get their hands on yaoi or shounen-ai merchandise. Many anime shops in the West stock no or very little yaoi merchandise, making it hard for fans to buy the cool products we have in Asia.
Being in my thirties and having experience in e-commerce, I thought it would be interesting to set up a service that would allow people in the West to get yaoi and shounen-ai merchandise at a reasonable price. This is how the idea of the FUJOBOX (Fujoshi Box, get it?) was born!
I recently met some people who are extremely familiar with anime suppliers in Japan and we are now ready to launch our business.
But, to do so, we need your support!
Your contributions will go towards:
- Setting up a registered company in Japan.
- Buying supplies and inventory.
- Setting up a decent website along with an order processing system.
If you’re unable to support us at this time, don’t worry about it! Sharing our campaign with fellow yaoi fans is just as important, so don’t hesitate to click the social media icons to the right and spread the word.
Thanks!
What you get in your FUJOBOX
Our FUJOBOX is a monthly subscription box for yaoi and shounen-ai lovers.

- A 6-month subscription package (6 boxes sent on a monthly basis).

All boxes will be sent by air mail from Japan to any destination in the world. There will be no additional shipping charges regarding of where you live.

From all the comments I’ve read, I’ve pieced together that it’s a fat scam.
Second campaign goal was reached (FUJOBOX Part II) but backers did not receive anything. No update in three months. No response to messages.
@thatgirl: :O I didn’t know about the second campaign. Oh dear… was it a scam?
I tried to remain optimistic until the end of November (estimated date of delivery) but he hasn’t updated in months and has not responded to MULTIPLE attempts at communication through email, private messaging through Indiegogo, or tweets (yet, as far as I can tell, still remains somewhat active on social media, so I don’t think he’s dead or anything like that). If you check out the comments on the campaign page, you’ll see that others voiced the same concern when it became apparent that he had no further intention of communicating with his backers.

They have a message on their website.
Aww I saw this to late.; Sounds like a wonderful idea though! Pencil cases are a win for me, you can never have to many! lol <3
I'm sad to see it didn't reach goal. I think it need more time and advertising.
