Orihara Izaya 折原臨也 (CV: Kamiya Hiroshi 神谷浩史)
Info from wiki (Beware of SPOILERS!): A young man who sells information for his own enjoyment and the main antagonist. He claims to love the entire human race except for Heiwajima Shizuo, and exhibits said love by putting humans in often miserable conditions and observing their reactions.
He attended Raira Academy with Shizuo, Shinra and Kadota. According to Shinra, Izaya and Shizuo hated each other with a passion almost from the point they met. In the novels, Izaya framed Shizuo for crimes on several occasions. In the anime, he gives Shizuo constant problems, from daily attacks from gangs to framing him for crimes.
He is a master of parkour, and also quite skilled with his flick-blade, as he is implied to be the only one capable of leaving numerous cuts in Shizuo’s bartender suit after a fight in the novels. In the anime, he shaves a gang member’s head bald without him noticing it. Izaya has two younger sisters, Mairu and Kururi, who are twins and troublemakers. It seems that from the beginning Izaya had a hunch about Mikado being the creator of Dollars, which was proven correct. He is a member of Dollars and the one who began recruiting people after Mikado stopped sending invitations to Dollars. He is behind the most relevant events of the series. He knows the identities behind each of the leaders of the three main forces in Ikebukuro. One of his main goals is to create a war in Ikebukuro that will “wake up” Celty’s sleeping head. His name comes from a combination of the biblical Isaiah and Japanese for “the one who looks over the crowd”. He is usually seen pretending to be female online and talks in a feminine manner in the chatroom. His screennames are “Kanra” (甘楽) and “Nakura”.

Izaya’s figure stands at about 6 cm tall. The base is about 1 cm. The figure cannot stand on its own, just like the rest of the figures. Hahaha he looks like he is wearing weird heels! Anyway, the two holes on the base are where you insert the figure. You press the button on the left to play his voice. Izaya’s seiyuu is Kamiya Hiroshi 神谷浩史.

Very nicely done. I think this mascot series collection is worth getting because the faces are all very well-made and painted although some body parts may not be perfect… The voices are a fabulous icing on the cake.

Do you by any chance plan to translate the sentences they are saying? I soo wish I would know what they are saying, but so far I only understood Shizuos “Izaya” phrase XD

I WANT!! Along with the Shizuo and Kida figurines! My DRRR love triangle!! Yaaaay! But seriously, the figurine is awesome. I definitely want to get it. I love love love how they capture his essence perfectly–that expression and even that stance is totally Izaya. They really did a good job on him! Thanks for the review and the images!

They are quite a good buy especially because of the voice feature and they don’t try to rip you off by forcing you to pay for extra figures :D Just one box to get them all!
